Open call: Youth Employability Lab: fostering skills and employability through STEAM

Youth Employability Lab: fostering skills and employability through STEAM No participation fee Objectives:  Understand and map employability and STEAM trends across partner countries, distinguish soft skills from hard skills, and identify at least three STEAM career pathways aligned with current job market needs.  Build practical job search tools and confidence, each participant creating a targeted CV and motivation letter for a STEAM role, practicing interview skills through at least one mock interview with feedback, and applying the STAR method.   Foster a problem-solving and growth mindset connected to STEAM, strengthening adaptability, collaboration, and lifelong learning for future careers.
